Richard Waterson — Founder & CEO
Richard is the Founder and CEO of our company, bringing years of recruitment experience from working both in Belfast, London and Minneapolis. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Richard has always maintained a strong connection with the US and Canadian markets. Over his career, he has led successful recruitment campaigns for clients of all sizes — from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing startups — delivering exceptional results across the board.
A two-time founder, Richard believes that meaningful relationships are at the heart of every successful recruitment partnership.
When he’s not building connections in the business world, you’ll find Richard chasing after his 4 and 6-year-olds at the playpark, perfecting his golf swing (with mixed success), or proudly reminding everyone that he owns one share of the Green Bay Packers.
