A scaling technology organization, based in the Midwest, is hiring Senior and Staff Front-End Engineers to build sophisticated, data-rich web applications used daily across a large operational workforce. This team builds real-time interfaces that handle complex workflows, dynamic data streams and high usage volume.
All roles are fully remote within the United States.
We are seeking product-minded front-end engineers who can drive UI architecture, elevate user experience and deliver production-quality interfaces at scale.
Responsibilities
• Develop responsive, intuitive and performant user interfaces that support real-time workflows.
• Work closely with design and product teams to refine user journeys and simplify complex interactions.
• Build reusable components, maintainable state management patterns, and consistent UI architecture.
• Lead or contribute to design systems, front-end tooling and long-term UI strategy.
• Integrate with event-driven backends and systems that deliver high-frequency data updates.
• Mentor engineers and support cross-team alignment around front-end quality and performance.
What We’re Looking For
• Deep experience with React or a comparable modern UI framework.
• Strong understanding of component architecture, performance optimization and UX fundamentals.
• Experience building front-end applications that must scale in both complexity and usage.
• Familiarity with real-time interfaces, data visualization, or event-driven backend integrations.
• A product engineer mindset – comfortable iterating quickly, engaging with user problems and proposing improvements.
• Ability to guide technical direction and promote best practices across engineering teams (Staff level).
