We’re working with one of the fastest-growing AI companies in New York that’s transforming how investors discover and evaluate the world’s most innovative technology companies.
Following significant growth and continued investment, they’re looking to hire a Staff Frontend Infrastructure Engineer to help evolve their frontend platform as the business scales.
This isn’t a feature delivery role. You’ll own the foundations that enable every frontend engineer to build faster, ship more reliably, and deliver exceptional user experiences at scale.
What you’ll be working on
🚀 Building and evolving the frontend platform that powers a complex, data-rich product
🚀 Improving application performance, reliability and developer experience across the engineering organisation
🚀 Solving challenging performance problems involving large datasets and highly interactive user interfaces
🚀 Owning frontend architecture, shared tooling, build systems and platform standards
🚀 Partnering closely with Product, Design and Backend Engineering to shape the future technical direction of the platform
🚀 Using modern AI development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality
What we’re looking for
✔ 7+ years building modern frontend applications
✔ Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript and modern frontend architecture
✔ Experience owning frontend infrastructure, shared platforms or developer tooling
✔ Strong understanding of performance optimisation, rendering, bundling and production reliability
✔ Comfortable reasoning about APIs, data models and distributed systems beyond the frontend
✔ Experience building scalable products within high-growth startups or leading technology companies
✔ Regular user of AI-assisted engineering tools such as Cursor, Copilot or ChatGPT
